Brad Popick is a tireless advocate for his clients. A highly skilled and respected lawyer and negotiator, Brad has been successfully representing accident victims in the New York City area for more than 30 years. He is committed to obtaining the maximum settlements.

Brad is a Native New Yorker. He was born in the Bronx and raised in Nassau County, NY. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta, graduating with honors in Business-Economics. Brad then went on to earn his law degree from The Washington College of Law at The American University, Washington DC.

After graduating from law school, Brad immediately went into the personal injury field. Early in his career, Brad worked for a firm that specialized in insurance defense work. During his time at that firm, Brad learned how the insurance companies and defense attorneys view and evaluate personal injury cases. He developed a unique insight regarding the handling of accident victims' cases from the defense perspective.

After several years of handling matters from the defense side, Brad felt he could make a more positive impact on peoples' lives by representing accident victims against the insurance companies. For the past thirty years, Brad has dedicated himself solely to representing accident victims with great success. He has been instrumental in settling several multi-million-dollar cases.

On a personal note, Brad lives on Long Island with his wife and is the proud father of three children. He enjoys following pro-sports [soccer (especially The Premier League), football and basketball], walking and going to the beach.

Brad is admitted to practice law in The State of New York and in The Eastern and Southern Districts of New York Federal Courts. He is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association.
